Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and had great views of the mountain, although they were not serviced until late in the afternoon, usually after 3 pm. The service was outstanding, with staff who seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were very engaged in assisting guests. The location provided great views and a convenient spot for Mount Mansfield, though it felt like there was wasted potential with nothing much going on. The dining experience was good and delicious, offering plenty of choices despite being a bit pricey. The facilities were well-maintained and offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, the noise from young kids and a loud patio could be a disturbance early in the morning. The central air condition plant outside made it hard to sleep, but the service was exceptional and very helpful with recommendations. The location was great, right in front of the mountain, despite being a bit crowded at times. The dining experience was delicious with plenty of options, and the facilities were convenient, making it a value-for-money stay.
